EliteXC 'Return of the King' card filling out

Waiting behind the huge CBS-EliteXC "Primetime" card on May 31 is EliteXC's next Showtime card, "Return of the King," taking place on June 14 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The title of the event is in reference to KJ Noons, who will be defending his EliteXC 160-pound title for the first time against American Top Team's Yves Edwards.

Also in action is Nick Diaz, the Cesar Gracie product whom Noons defeated to win the title. Diaz is coming off a win in Japan against former King of Pancrase Katsuya Inoue at DREAM 3 that will put him in position for a shot at the DREAM welterweight title. Diaz's opponent will be Mushin Corbbrey, who earned this fight with two wins at ShoXC events.

Former EliteXC middleweight champion Murilo "Ninja" Rua will look to follow his win over Xavier Foupa-Pokam at Cage Rage 24 by becoming the first person to defeat Australia's Tony Bonello (16-0-1).

In a light-heavyweight matchup between two former IFL competitors, Wayne Cole (Tokyo Sabres) will fight Rafael Feijao (Toronto Dragons).

The main card will air on Showtime at 10pm ET.
