Full card announced for Adrenaline MMA in Chicago

Adrenaline MMA, the new promotion under Monte Cox, has released the entire lineup for its debut on June 14 at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

In the main event, former UFC title contender Jeff Monson will take on fellow one-time PRIDE competitor Mike Russow. who has recorded five straight wins since his loss to Sergei Kharitonov at PRIDE 33. Russow's most recent win was against Red Devil Sports Club's Roman Zentsov at the New Year's Eve "Yarennoka!" event.

Several familiar faces from the IFL will also compete on the card. Bart Palaszewski, who is fighting outside of the IFL for the first time since the league's inception, will face off against Jeff Cox. Miletich Fighting Systems product Rory Markham will fight Taiwon Howard. Mark Miller, a former Chicago Red Bear who knocked out Josh Neer in under a minute, will compete on the card against an opponent to be announced.

Adrenaline MMA, formerly known as M-1 Global, made headlines last October with the signing of Fedor Emelianenko. But when Fedor left, Cox changed the name to avoid confusion with Russia's M-1 Mixfight, the group owned and operated by Fedor's manager.

The two star heavyweights on the Adrenaline MMA roster are former UFC champion Tim Sylvia and former IFL Silverback Ben Rothwell. Sylvia isn't fighting on this Adrenaline MMA card because he is slated to face Fedor Emelianenko at the inaugural Affliction event on July 19.
