But Emelianenko says he never consented to his image being used in the ad, and now he has filed a suit seeking $1.5 million from Korea Sambo Federation chief Moon Jong-Keum and the head of a beekeepers' association. Prosecutors have charged Moon with fraud.
According to published reports, Moon received about $22,000 from the beekeepers' association for the commercial, but Emelianenko did not get paid.
