Ultimate Fighting Championship president Dana White has never gotten along with Tito Ortiz, one of the most popular UFC fighters. And things aren't getting better. In an interview with Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports, Ortiz complained that UFC neither pays him enough nor promotes him enough. That prompted this response from White:
"It shows you how stupid he is because he doesn't even know how much money he's made," White said. "And he made a lot of that for beating up on Shamrock." ...I don't know how much sense it makes for White to talk about how washed up Shamrock is when there's a good chance Shamrock will fight in the UFC again, and I think Ortiz (pictured with girlfriend Jenna Jameson) has some valid points about the way boxers make significantly more money than UFC fighters. But I do think it's cool that White talks so much trash. Will Roger Goodell ever go off on Pacman Jones like that?"There's a billboard of his big ugly gorilla face at the busiest point in Las Vegas," White said, "where it can scare kids who are riding by in their cars. Guess whose ugly head is on our billboard in Times Square?
"He's a moron: A complete and total moron. His whole career, he's stepped over a dollar to pick up a dime. I'm sick of him. It's time he started beating up someone other than a nearly 50-year-old Ken Shamrock."
