This is the Strikeforce undercard live blog for the Rockhold vs. Kennedy event at the Rose Garden in Portland.
There will be five fights on the undercard. Jorge Masvidal vs. Justin Wilcox, Mizuto Hirota vs. Pat Healy, Jordan Mein vs. Tyler Stinson, Ryan Couture vs. Joe Duarte, and Jason High vs. Nate Moore
will be featured on the prelims.

Jason High defeats Nate Moore via submission (guillotine choke) at :26
Round 1: Both fighters touch gloves to start us up. Duarte counters a leg kick with a straight right, Couture just circles. Duarte catches another kick then nails Couture with a straight right. Duarte looks for a choke against the fence but quickly realizes he isn't going to get it. Both men tossing out punches but neither seems willing to commit to anything significant. Duarte presses forward landing with a body shot-right hook combination, then just misses a flying knee. Duarte drops down and drags Couture to the mat. Couture looks for a submission but there's nothing there, and Duarte just stands up, satisfied after stealing the round with that last-second takedown. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 for Duarte.
Round 2: Couture latches onto Duarte and puts him on his back. Duarte scrambles back up to his feet against the fence and Couture gives up and re-takes the center of the cage. Duarte connects loudly with a questionable leg kick that may have grazed the boys, but Couture just smiles and the two men touch gloves. Another leg kick lands for Duarte, and this time Couture responds with a jab. Duarte rushes in and gets the takedown but quickly backs off and lets Couture up. Duarte presses forward pawing his jab out. Couture drops levels and misses the takedown the first time but eventually wrestles Duarte to the ground. Couture takes his back quickly. 20 seconds left and Couture is frantically looking for a way to end the fight, but Duarte survives. MMA Fighting scores is 10-9 for Couture.
Round 3: Duarte misses a superman punch, plods forward and eats a knee from the clinch. Couture shakes off a body kick then lands his own body shot. Couture lunges into the clinch and walks Duarte against the fence. Nothing comes of it and the pair release to the center of the cage. Duarte ducks underneath a right hand and plows Couture onto the floor. Duarte nearly seizes a Peruvian necktie, but Couture escapes and almost drops Duarte on his head. Two minutes left and this is still anybody's fight. Duarte lazily works for a takedown and Couture repays the favor. Couture trudges back into the clinch and wrestles Duarte to the ground against the fence. Duarte stands up but he's completely stifled here. MMA Fighting scores is 10-9 for Couture.

Jordan Mein vs. Tyler Stinson
Round 1: Stinson charges forward on the feet early, while Mein sits back and elects to counter. A Mein straight right already opens a cut on Stinson's eye. Mein continues to work from distance, landing repeated one-twos. Stinson right eye is bloodied and swelling shut, and Mein is taking advantage. Mein drops low, slips a jab, then lands a sharp counter left. Another exchange closes the round and Stinson definitely looks worse for wear. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 for Mein.
Round 2: Mein hurls a body shot then follows with a straight left that lands flush. Stinson shakes it off and continues to press forward, but eats another three-punch combination for his troubles. Stinson blocks another overhand left, then lunges forward and connects with an overhand shot. Mein continues to work the body effectively, but Stinson is surviving. Mein lands a huge uppercut only to immediately get taken down. Stinson can't hold it and Mein pops back to his feet. Mein misses wildly and Stinson connects with a counter left hook. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 for Mein.
Round 3: Stinson comes out with a sense of urgency but can't find his mark early. Mein battering Stinson's body with combinations. Stinson is just getting outclassed here. Mein slips left, slips right, then loads up with a lunging body shot. Another left hand connects for Mein, and Stinson's corner is frantically imploring their fighter to turn up the intensity. Mein bounces on his heels then lands another pair of combinations. The right side of Stinson's face is completely swollen. Fifteen seconds left and both fighters stand in the pocket trading wild combinations. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 for Mein.
Jordan Mein def. Tyler Stinson via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)
Round 1: Hirota wastes no time and wings a wild overhead punch that can't find it's mark. Another wild shot from Hirtoa, and another. Nothing lands clean but Hirota parlays his aggressiveness into an early takedown. Hirota working from top position against the fence, isn't active enough and the referee stands it back up. Healy ties up in the clinch. Hirota somehow scrambles his way out of a Healy single leg takedown and the pair wind up back in the center of the cage. Healy tries again the press the action but Hirota isn't having any of it. Fifteen seconds left and Healy finds himself stifled against the fence. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 for Hirota.
Round 2: Hirota explodes across the cage and the pair trade frantic exchanges. Healy eats a huge right hand and shakes it off to deliver his own right. Hirota lunges into the clinch and trips Healy. Healy scrambles up then seizes a double-leg to dump Hirota on the mat. Healy working from top position, unloading punches and opening up a cut around the right eye of Hirota. Both fighters work their way back to their feet and Healy ties up. MMA FIghting scores it 10-9 for Hirota.
Round 3: Hirota quickly closes the distance against holds Healy against the fence. Boos rain down as the crowd is starting to get restless. Healy reverses and disengages. Healy eats a wild combination but answers with his own, then looks for a single against the cage. Healy is relentless but Hirota is trying mightily to fight it off. Healy finally muscles his way to top position and promptly unloads a hammerfist. Hirota gets an inch of distance and stands back up. Healy slips a combination and bulldozes his way into another takedown. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 for Healy.
Pat Healy def. Mizuto Hirota via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28).
Round 1: Referee "Big John" McCarthy gets a rousing ovation and we're off. Masvidal pries with his jab but Wilcox is the more aggressive fighter early. Wilcox feigns a few level changes then barely misses a head kick. Wilcox closes the distance and slowly works Masvidal against the cage, trying to get the takedown. Masvidal escapes and continues to work his jab. A Wilcox jumping knee falls short, and Masvidal nearly lands a counter knee just seconds later. Masvidal connects with a massive knee and Wilcox is in trouble. Masvidal chases his dazed opponent around the cage trying to put him away. Wilcox is surviving, barely, but another huge knee lands for Masvidal. Somehow Wilcox is still on his feet. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 for Masvidal.
Round 2: Wilcox presses forward winging combinations but nothing lands. He seems to have shaken off some cobwebs after a grisly end to the first round. Wilcox fakes a few level changes, then nearly connects with a head kick. For the most part Masvidal is successfully using his range advantage to stay out of trouble. Wilcox tosses out a superman punch to no avail. Masvial happy to sit back and counter, which he's doing quite effectively. Wilcox explodes and gets a takedown but Masvidal stands right up and retaliates with a few combinations. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 for Masvidal.
Round 3: Both fighters touch gloves to open to final round. Wilcox charges forward and connects. Wilcox frantically throwing out a barrage of punches and Masvidal isn't do much to make him pay. Wilcox lands again, goes low, then high, then low again, juking Masvidal out and dragging the fight to the ground. Pressed against the fence, Masvidal tries to climb back to his feet, and eventually does. Thus far Wilcox is completely unable to hold Masvidal down. "Gamebred" starts to open up a little more with his jab. Wilcox latches onto a single but again can't complete the takedown. Both fighters trade flurries as the final seconds tick off the clock. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 for Wilcox.
