Charles "Krazy Horse" Bennett defeated
Ken Kaneko by arm bar at 4:14 of round 1.
Ken
Kaneko shoots for the takedown. Bennett slams Kaneko down instead.
Bennett obtains mount and Kaneko gives Bennett an arm which Bennett
takes for the arm bar submission.

Kazuhiro Nakamura defeated Yuki Kondo by unanimous
decision after 3 rounds
3.
James Thompson defeated Giant Silva by referee
stoppage (strikes) at 1:28 of round 1. Thompson wins with soccer
kicks.
4.
Sanae Kikuta defeated Makoto Takimoto by unanimous
decision after 3 rounds.
5.
Aleksander Emeilanenko defeated Pawel Nastula
by rear naked choke at 8:45 of round 1.
6.
Fedor Emelianenko defeated Zuluzinho by KO in
26 seconds.
Fedor
Emelianenko knocks Zuluzinho down and pounds away at Zuluzinho.
Zuluzinho gets back up and once again Fedor knocks him down and
delivers hammerfists. It looks like Zuluzinho taps out due to
strikes and the referee stops the fight. Complete non stop action
by Fedor who does not give Zuluzinho a second to catch his breath.
7.
Bushido Welterweight Final: Dan Henderson defeated
Murilo Bustamante by
split decision after 2 rounds. Henderson is the first PRIDE Welterweight
champion.
8.
Bushido Lightweight Final: Takanori Gomi defeated
Hayato "Mach" Sakurai by KO at 3:56 of round 1.
Sakurai
attempts a judo takedown and Gomi ends up on top taking Sakurai's
back. Gomi punches Sakurai and gets full mount. Sakurai escapes
back up and is wobbly on his feet. Gomi lands a left and right
and sends Sakurai crashing to the floor. Gomi becomes the first
PRIDE Lightweight champion and the first Japanese PRIDE champion.
9.
Kazushi Sakuraba defeated Ikuhisa "The Punk"
Minowa by kimura at 9:39 of round 1.
10.
Mark Hunt defeated Mirko Cro Cop by split decision
after 3 rounds.
11.
Wanderlei Silva defeated Ricardo Arona
by
split decision after 3 rounds.
12.
Hidehiko Yoshida defeated Naoya Ogawa by arm
bar at 6:04 of round 1.
