Anthony Johnson has a busy couple of months lined up.
Just days after it was announced that the former UFC welterweight would make his light heavyweight debut at Titan 24 on Aug. 24 versus Esteves Jones, Xtreme Fight Night, an Oklahoma-based promotion, announced on Friday that "Rumble" would meet Jake Rosholt at XFN 8 on Sept. 21 in Tulsa, OK.
Johnson (11-4) won his Titan debut in May when he defeated Dave Branch via unanimous decision in a 195-pound catchweight fight. That fight marked his first outside of the UFC since he was released following his loss to Vitor Belfort at UFC 142 in January.
Rosholt (12-4, 1 NC), a former UFC middleweight, is 5-1 with 1 no contest in his last seven fights, however, he lost his last fight to Matt Thompson via first-round submission in June.
The Johnson-Rosholt tilt, which will take place at The Joint inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, will be contested at 205 pounds.
