On Thursday, MMA Fighting reported that Roger Huerta had signed to fight on One FC's June 23 event. Now, we know who we'll be facing.

Huerta will be squaring off with MMA veteran Phil Baroni, his manager Ali Abdel Aziz of Dominance MMA told MMA Fighting on Friday night.

Huerta will be hunting his first win since April 2010, when he beat Chad Hinton at Bellator 13. Since then, he's lost bouts to Pat Curran, Eddie Alvarez and Jon "War Machine" Koppenhaver.

Huerta recently made his welterweight debut after competing his entire career at 155. He's 21-6-1 with 1 no contest overall.

The 36-year-old Baroni, a UFC, Strikeforce and PRIDE veteran, last fought at a ONE FC event last September, losing a unanimous decision to Yoshiyuki Yoshida. That was his fourth defeat in his last five fights.

The colorful showman is 14-14 overall.

Interestingly, the two have spent time training together in the past and are friends, but apparently that didn't stop them from accepting the bout.

One FC's June 23 event will take place from Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
