Mark Hominick gets pneumonia, pulls out of Affliction 2

Mark Hominick has been forced to withdraw from his fight at Affliction "Day of Reckoning" due to pneumonia.

A former TKO featherweight champ, Hominick (16-8) was scheduled to face LC Davis (12-1) on the undercard of the Jan. 24 event in Anaheim, California.

Affliction will find a new opponent for Davis, whose sole loss was to top five featherweight Wagnney Fabiano.

Hominick of London, Ontario won at the first Affliction event, submitting Savant Young with an armbar in the second round.
