UFC middleweight Chris Leben is currently behind bars in the Clackamas County Jail in Oregon.

Leben, who now resides in Hawaii, flew back to Oregon to turn himself in Wednesday for an old probation violation from a Driving under the influence offense. The former Team Quest member was required to remove the old warrant in order to obtain a VISA for his June 7 fight versus Michael Bisping at UFC 85 in London.

"Chris has worked hard the past year to grow both physically, mentally and spiritually," said T.Jay Thompson, who hired Leben to be his lead instructor for the Icon Sport MMA and fitness gym. "The actions he took to make this fight happen in London show this growth. Chris would like everyone to know he accepts responsibility for his past actions and will face the consequences and continue forward on his journey."
