HDNet Fights announced today that it has extended its partnership with FEG, retaining the rights to exclusively air DREAM in 2009 and beyond.
"We're very happy to expand and continue this successful partnership with FEG USA, Inc.," HDNet Fights CEO Andrew Simon said in a press release. "DREAM is known for having the best MMA tournaments and superfights in the world and clearly has the greatest production and fighter entrances in the sport."
No DREAM events have been scheduled yet for 2009.
In addition to a deal for DREAM, HDNet has also signed a deal to become the exclusive home of K-1 in North America.
The first K-1 kickboxing event will be the K-1 World Grand Prix Final live on Dec. 6 at 12am PT, with a repeat at 9pm ET.
Six events from the K-1 World Grand Prix and six from the K-1 World MAX tournaments will air on the high-definition channel in 2009.
