This is the Promotional Malpractice Live Chat.
Today on the program, we'll go over the results from UFC 209. While important outcomes were reached at the event, the amount of headlines sustaining into even the middle of the week are few and far between. That says something about the card. Still, it's worth discussing Alistair Overeem's win over Mark Hunt, what to take away from Tyron Woodley vs. Stephen Thompson 2, Lando Vannata's loss and much more.
We'll also get into the ongoing saga of Nate Diaz and brother Nick Diaz. Nate has apparently turned down a fight with Eddie Alvarez while Nick says he offered to fight both Georges St-Pierre and Michael Bisping. What can we say about their participation in the sport and their future? We'll try to make sense of it.
There's also a UFC card in Brazil this weekend. Vitor Belfort faces off against Kelvin Gastelum in the main event. The card features a number of good fights, mostly a Brazilian vs. someone else.
