A lightweight clash has been set up for the UFC's return to Belfast, Northern Ireland at UFC Fight Night 99.
On Thursday, the UFC announced that James Krause will take on Ross Pearson at the event, which takes place on Nov. 19 at the SSE Arena.
After having lost three of four fights, the 30-year-old Krause has turned things around by winning back-to-back fights against Daron Cruickshank and Shane Campbell. Overall, the Missouri-based fighter has gone 4-3 in the UFC since debuting in 2013 at UFC 161.
Pearson, 31, will be attempting to break out of a funk. The popular English fighter has lost two fights in a row, and three of his last four. He recently dropped a decision against Jorge Masvidal at UFC 201, and before that came up short when he welcomed former Bellator champion Will Brooks to the UFC in July.
UFC Fight Night 99 will feature a welterweight bout between Dong Hyun Kim and Iceland's Gunnar Nelson in the main event, with a flyweight bout between Neil Seery and Ian McCall also slated to take place.
