This is episode 127 of the Promotional Malpractice Live Chat.
2015 continues to be the year of crazy, for better and for worse. UFC veteran and current Bellator fighter Josh Neer released a video of him savagely beating a personal heckler, which prompted a split reaction from the MMA community. Some were horrified at the brazen violence. Others thought an idiot who essentially requested a beating got exactly what he was requesting. There's another layer to the discussion that hasn't been had yet.
But there's also real sport fighting to be had. Friday plays host to Bellator 134 and Invicta 11. The crown jewel of the weekend is UFC 184. Well, with all the injuries, perhaps the main event in Ronda Rousey vs. Cat Zingano is the crown jewel of the weekend.
And hey, as always, there are fights from the previous weekend to review.
