Weeks 3-4 started out good and ended in total confusion. Here's what happen. During these two weeks I made the transition to the next phase of the work out program, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of the hard moves on Plyo Shred I could do. I really felt like I was starting to hit my stride, I've started taking the Muscle Pharm supplements Assault and Ammino 1 and I'd been able to really pick up the intensity. Things where moving along well then week 4 (last week) hit. Last week was Spring Break in Oklahoma, so I wasn't in school, and my job took full advantage of that. I was working 12+ hour days, I wansn't able to cook what I need to, when I got home I was exhausted, only worked out a couple times, and ultimately fell into some old habits. In light of how bad last week was, I've decided to pretend like it never happened. I'm repeating week 4 of the program this week, and then I'll continue on to weeks 5 and 6. So the next update will be 3 weeks from Tuesday. I did weigh myself on week 3, at the beginning I was 299 and at the end of the week I was 297. I can imagine last week undid some of that, I'm hoping I can regain some of the momentum I lost. See you guys then.
