Can Nate Diaz leave the UFC if he has 1 loss on his current contract?

We all know that one of the UFC contract terms is that the ufc can fire any fighter they want if that said fighter has a loss on his current contract but doesn't that mean that when that same contractual term is met that the fighter also can leave the ufc?

If a contractual term of a binding contract that says that two companies can cease their cooperation is met, that means that either of the two companies can leave.

Since ufc fighters are independent contractors, like companies, doesn't that mean that if Nate Diaz has a loss on his current contract he would also be allowed to end his cooperation with the ufc because the contractual term will be met?

Anybody please tweet this to Nate Diaz, his manager and Katie Winter.
