I need to lose weight so I decided to do UFC FIT and I've decided to do the this blog as something to keep the pressure on and help keep me motivated. This is the end of my first full week on the program, I'm going to post another update next week where I'll post my measurements and then have an update every two weeks with measurements, following the instructions of the program and at the end of the twelve weeks I'll post a before and after picture.
My thoughts after the first week is I can do this. FIT has a three week work out introduction phase to get you ready to get you in some type of shape for the rest of the following weeks. Which is much different than Tapout XT, which I've tried before. Tapout XT essentially throws you right into the fire, while it seems like FIT builds you up for the fire. Also another thing I like is that one of the people in video, Heather, shows an easier way to do a certain work out if you can't do it. The recipes are absolutely amazing, they taste so good. I have craved some type of red meat or regular milk, but the cravings haven't been to bad, I will say in part because the recipes are that good. The main problem I can see is that the grocery list calls for a lot of whole foods and such so it's going to be a lot trips to Whole Foods or the local Green Market, which needless to say, neither are cheap.
