All UFC 163 fighters pass drug tests

Esther Lin, MMA Fighting

All 22 UFC 163 fighters passed their drug tests.

The tests were conducted by the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA). UFC 163 took place Aug. 3 at the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

According to MMAFighting.com's Guilherme Cruz, who spoke to Dr. Marcio Tannure, medical director of CABMMA, all fighters were tested before their bouts on Saturday night, and then the main event fighters -- Jose Aldo and Chan Sung Jung -- in addition to four other randomly selected fighters, were tested after they competed inside Octagon.

All results came back negative.
