These exchanges are brave, if not a little incautious. Now Trujillo with has Bowling on the ground, and gets to side control. Trujillo with some heavy knees to Bowling's thighs. Now Bowling grabs the neck for a guillotine attempt along the fence; Trujillo squirming and prying out. Gets out of that danger, but into a different kind — Bowling's elbows. Now, towards the end of the round another guillotine from Bowling, but doesn't get it. MMA Fighting scores the round 10-9 for Bowling.

Round 2: Pretty frenetic first round; we'll see if they can keep it up. Bowling starts with a body kick that glances Trujillo, and Trujillo working the jab. Trujillo chasing a little bit on the counter, missed on a left uppercut, and Bowling shoots in and dumps Trujillo momentarily. Can't keep him down, but holding on to try and finish. Now they separate, and when they do Trujillo lands a good hook. Bowling still bringing the heat, now throwing straight lefts that are slipping through to touch Trujillo's chin. Trujillo, who looks like he might be slowing down a little bit, moved back to the middle of the cage. Good body punch from Bowling. Now they stand and trade along the cage, and Bowling lands some good shots but then eats a dangerous counter that slows him down. He takes Trujillo down along the fence, and, once again, Trujillo able to stand up pretty easily. Both guys breathing hard. Nice feint from Bowling, and he crashes a right hand home which lands flush. Inside of a minute to go, Bowling shoots back in and takes Trujillo down. Now working a rear naked choke which he began from the side, but can't complete it. As he gets out, we have an illegal blow from Trujillo. He landed two illegal knees to Bowling (one to chest, one to head); he gets deducted a point for the blatant violation. Bowling still down, though. He is bleeding profusely. Doctor looking at him. And that's it -- the fight is over. Doctor says that Bowling was knocked out, and is unable to continue. Bowling still not all there, tries to continue the fight. Stitch now wiping him down.

Alloway at the center of the cage, gets a clinch and lands a short punch, and Cummings plows him back up to the fence. Some dirty boxing from Cummings. He's laboring for that takedown. Elkins bobbing and doing a good job setting up his right. Hioki, though, counters with a right and momentarily stuns Elkins. He's okay though. Now it's Hioki in the middle of the cage. Already some blood on Hioki's face. Nice head kick glances Elkins there. Tries to kick Elkins body, but Elkins catches his leg and drives him into the fence. Back and forth grappling here. Elkins reverses and will finish the round banging away at Hioki's forehead with his fist. MMA Fighting scores round 2 for Elkins (19-19 overall).

Round 3: They being third by standing and trading. Both land and eat punches before peeling out of there and resetting. Elkins keeping the pace high; Hioki doing best to keep up. Elkins shoots in for takedown and lands it, and goes to work in Hioki's guard. Elkins dropping very audible punches down on Hioki. Meanwhile Hioki trying to set up a triangle, doing a great job of keep the danger on Elkins' end. They're both slippery right now. Elkins pops his head out, then plants his forehead into Hioki's chest and continues the ground and pound. Slowly he's made this his fight. Hioki again trying to set up triangle, and again Elkins having none of it. Elkins working Hioki's body. Big right hand to Hioki's head. Hioki trying to control his posture, and again, flirts with the triangle. All Elkins with a minute to go in the third. He continues to drop punches on Hioki. Edwards starting to absorb big shot after big shot as Thatch goes about his pursuit, and he Edwards is turtling up. Boom. Hinds has seen enough, and calls off the assault. Wow. Dylan Andrews vs. Papy Abedi
Round 1: This middleweight fight will be officiated by Herb Dean. Abedi in southpaw stance, which makes for a game of patty cake early against the orthodox Andrews. A couple of isolated kicks from Abedi, both to the body and to the legs. There's a nice body kick from Abedi. Again, he moves in and throws a right hand, and he sets up a takedown attempt. Andrews with back on the fence, and Abedi picks him up and slams him down into side control. Trying to pass into mount, but Andrews spins and is able to stand up. Round 2: Andrews throws a couple of overhand rights to get started, neither land. Abedi right back into a body kick, which does. Andrews was complaining about his left hand being injured between rounds. Abedi bouncing his lead leg out there as a constant threat, and he's been landing it steadily. Andrews struggling to establish rhythm. Abedi, on the other hand, able to snap off kicks at will and is easily staying out of the way of the transparent right. Andrews gets Abedi down for a quick second, but Abedi right back up. He lands a hook which looks like it might have hurt Andrews a little. Abedi now in side control, and lays Andrews out. Big knee into the body of Andrews, and he follows that up with a big left hand which lands. As Andrews tries to stand, Abedi grab his neck again and cranks for a guillotine. Andrews coolly rolls to his back and no trouble getting out of it. In fact, he is able to stand up. In final seconds of second round, Andrews posts Abedi to the fence. Looked like Andrews landed a groin shot that Dean didn't see as the round ends. Abedi was audibly groaning. MMA Fighting scores round two 10-9 for Abedi (20-18 overall).

Round 3: Andrews comes out a little more aggressive, but Abedi turns him into the fence and grabs the wrists for control. They stall there and Dean separates them. Back to the center of the cage. Right hand lands for Andrews. As Abedia comes in, Andrews lands a nice right. Then, he lands two big uppercuts and down goes Abedi! Andrews follows him down and lands a couple of more big shots, and Abedi is out! Dean calls him off. A big uppercut landed and that sent Abedi towards Andrews legs for a takedown. Just as he did that he ate a couple of big shots and he was on his stomach flat and out. Great comeback for Andrews, who was down on the scorecards.
