A match-up of top-5 bantamweight contenders Michael McDonald and Brad Pickett is the latest addition to the fight card of UFC on FOX Sports 1.

MMAFighting.com's Ariel Helwani reported the booking on Tuesday's edition of UFC Tonight.

UFC on FOX Sports 1 takes place August 17, 2013 at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. Chael Sonnen fights former UFC light heavyweight champion Mauricio "Shogun" Rua in the night's main event.

Still just 22 years old, McDonald (15-2) hopes to rebound from a fourth-round submission loss to UFC interim champion Renan Barao back in February. The setback snapped an eight-fight winning streak, including UFC victories over Edwin Figueroa and Chris Cariaso, as well as violent finishes over Alex Soto and former WEC champion Miguel Torres.

Across the cage, Pickett (23-7) looks to capitalize on momentum gained from a ‘Fight of the Night' split decision victory over Mike Easton at UFC on FUEL 9. Nicknamed "One Punch," Pickett is a winner of three of his past four contests, and carries six Zuffa ‘Fight Night' bonuses to his credit.

Additionally, UFC officials announced a match-up between Irish-American light heavyweight Cody Donovan (8-2) and Strikeforce veteran Ovince St. Preux (13-5) for the Boston card.
