He completely glosses over the fact that he held onto (and torqued) Pierce's leg for an extra second and a half before he released. He implies that Mike Pierce only tapped on the referee. He says that he's a sportsman and apologizes (sort of) at the end to Dana. I used to think Palhares was just an airhead (look at his Marquardt or Miller fights) but now I think his prolonged submissions are calculated.
