Chael Sonnen - Mark J. Rebilas-US PRESSWIRE
From the booking of the most controversial UFC fight in years to the ups and downs of women's MMA to 'Mayhem' Miller's life transition, the mixed martial arts world never sleeps.
There may be no UFC event this weekend, but the mixed martial arts world continues to turn.
Jason Miller spoke to our own Ariel Helwani, this time as himself and admittedly more lucid, but perhaps created more questions than answers.
If you recall correctly, the news that Jon Jones would compete against Chael Sonnen both on TUF and in a title fight in April broke just hours after last week's live chat, which means we haven't had a chance to discuss the ins and outs of it yet.
And while it appears Sports Illustrated may have jumped the gun, the days of women fighting in the UFC - lead by arguably the world's best female fighter Ronda Rousey - appeared to be numbered. And just as we say that, Zoila Gurgel is fighting someone serving as a tune-up on the Bellator preliminary card.
We've got quite a bit to discuss.
So again, join me at 1 p.m. ET to talk about these issues and more during our live chat. And thanks to the technology of Google +, now you can be a part of the chat.
As is customary, I'll post the video window here as the event draws near and I'll answer any questions you may have if you post them in the comments section below.
If you want to join me on Google+ and let everyone see your face, now you can. Go to today's livechat Google + page. If you're interested, drop a note and I'll add you to my circles. Once you're in, I can invite you through to the chat. Just want to participate in the comments? No problem. Participate however you feel most comfortable.
Everything kicks off at 1 p.m. ET. Talk to you then.
