NEW YORK -- Since Quinton "Rampage" Jackson was such a good host in Japan back in February, we decided to show him around New York City last week when he was in town to appear on The MMA Hour.

Jackson and I explored Times Square, ate at the world-famous Katz's Delicatessen and visited the diamond district in midtown Manhattan. We discussed his upbringing, his MMA highlights and lowlights, and his future in the sport. Jackson even rode the NYC subway for the first time.
