LOUISVILLE, Ky. – This is the
UFC on Versus 3 live blog for
CB Dollaway vs.
Mark Munoz, the middleweight co-main event at the KFC Yum! Center in downtown Louisville, Ky.
Dollaway (11-2, 5-2 UFC), the runner-up of Season 7 of "The Ultimate Fighter," is riding a three-fight winning streak, including a Submission of the Night bonus against Joe Doerksen at UFC 119 in September. Munoz (9-2, 4-2 UFC) is coming off a decision win over Aaron Simpson at UFC 123 in November.
It's a battle of elite wrestlers – Dollaway was an All-American at Arizona State; Munoz was an All-American at Oklahoma State.

Round 1: Dollaway opens with a leg kick. They tie up pretty quickly, and Dollaway gets the takedown. Nothing for him on the ground, though, and he lets Munoz back up. Big mistake. Big mistake. Munoz lands a big right to Dollaway's chin, then another, and after two shots on the ground, Mario Yamasaki jumps in and stops it. Dollaway is protesting the stoppage when he gets back up – but the two shots he ate on the ground were not really defended and landed clean.
