This is the UFC 127 live blog for Tiequan Zhang vs. Jason Reinhardt, a featherweight bout on the Facebook portion of tonight's UFC card from the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia.

Zhang (12-1) is making his UFC debut after going 1-1 in the WEC. Reinhardt (20-1), who hasn't fought in three years, competed once for the UFC in 2007 in a quick loss to Joe Lauzon.

Round 1: No touch of gloves. Reinhardt moves in and eats an uppercut. Zhang counters a leg kick with a straight right. Zhang displays some fast hands on his feet. Crowding his opponent against the cage, Zhang snatches a guillotine and pulls Reinhardt into his closed guard. Reinhardt taps.

Zhang wins via submission, Round 1, 0:48

No surprise here. Reinhardt is 20-0 outside of the UFC fighting lesser competition and in his combined two minutes and two seconds in the UFC, is now 0-2. Zhang, who improves to 13-1, is the UFC's attempt at appealing to the Chinese market.
