The MMA Hour returns on Wednesday (delayed due to Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday) with another two-hour live show.

* MMA trainer and manager Cesar Gracie will stop by to preview Nick Diaz's next title defense against Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos and to discuss other news.
* Matt Mitrione will return to deliver "The Mitrione Minute" and to discuss his final preparations before his Jan. 22 fight against Tim Hague.
* "The Veteran Voice of the Octagon" Bruce Buffer will talk about his illustrious career announcing UFC fights.
* MMA manager Lex McMahon of Alchemist Management will talk about his background and what's coming up for his fighters.
* And UFC welterweight Charlie Brenneman will preview his Fight for the Troops 2 bout against Amilcar Alves.
