This is the UFC 115 live blog for Mirko Cro Cop vs. Pat Barry, a heavyweight bout on tonight's pay-per-view from the General Motors Place in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Barry (5-1) will look to beat his idol Cro Cop (26-7-2) in a fight between two former K-1 kickboxers.

Round 1: Barry floored Cro Cop with a straight right ... and he let him up. Strange moment, but Barry scores early. Barry looking quick early with leg kicks. Cro Cop gets off with a leg kick of his own. Barry floors Cro Cop again with a right. Again he lets him up. Cro Cop was really stunned and Barry did not go in for the kill. Cro Cop's left side of his face is swelling quickly. It's going all the way up to his eye. Cro Cop goes for the takedown. They stalemate and slap high fives. The crowd goes wild and they hug with 30 seconds left. Big first round for Barry, 10-9.

Round 2: Cro Cop tries the high kick early, and a second time within the first 20 seconds. Neither connects. He lands a hard left seconds later. Cro Cop puts him against the cage and scores with a few knees to the legs and body before the ref breaks them. Round is trending Cro Cop's way as we reach the midway point. Barry threw a high kick and missed. Cro Cop tried a guillotine, then put Barry on his back. Barry just tried to tie him up and force the standup as Cro Cop landed rib shots. Cro Cop moved to the mount, then took Barry's back. Bad spot for Barry, who is sort of a novice on the ground. Cro Cop looked for the rear naked choke. Barry held him off, but Cro Cop took the round 10-9.

Round 3: Cro Cop goes for the high kick again early. Barry ducks under it. Cro Cop gets a body lock looking for the takedown. Barry fights it off and breaks free. Barry keeps switching stance, landing kicks and showing different looks. His punches have lost some steam though. Cro Cop with a right hook and straight left combo and puts Barry against the fence. Cro Cop throws a few strikes against the fence as Barry fades. The ref breaks them with 80 seconds left. Cro Cop lands a hard left. Cro Cop floors Barry with a hard left. Cro Cop throws a series of lefts. He sinks in a rear naked choke. Barry looks in big trouble and he taps. Barry will look back and regret not trying to finish when he dropped Cro Cop twice in the first round.

Winner: Mirko Cro Cop via rear naked choke submission, Rd. 3 (4:30)
