LAS VEGAS -- MMA Fighting caught up with Diego Sanchez at Thursday's UFC 114 public workouts. Sanchez, who faces John Hathaway on Saturday night, talked about why he decided to move back up to welterweight, how long it took him to get over his loss to BJ Penn and his thoughts on facing the relatively unknown Hathaway.Sanchez also finally showed off his Yes! cartwheel, which is one of the most famous moves in MMA.
