No charges will be filed against
Tito Ortiz for his suspicion of domestic violence arrest last month, reports TMZ.com.
According to TMZ, the Orange County District has rejected the case because there was insufficient supporting evidence that Ortiz attacked girlfriend Jenna Jameson. Jameson initially said Ortiz assaulted her, but Jameson would soon after change her stance and refuse to file charges.
"We're pleased the prosecutors recognize this as a misunderstanding," Ortiz's lawyer Chip Matthews tells TMZ. "Tito and Jenna are happily working on their relationship."
With the legal issues now in the past, UFC president Dana White told the celebrity gossip website that Ortiz will not face any punishment and is being
targeted for a return in October or November.
Ortiz and Jameson are parents to twin sons.
