SACRAMENTO, Calif. - This is the WEC 48 live blog for Antonio Banuelos vs. Scott Jorgensen, a bantamweight bout on tonight's pay-per-view at the ARCO Arena.

Jorgensen and Banuelos revisit a fight from last June that saw Banuelos escape with a split decision.

Round 1: Touch of gloves. Jorgensen stalks Banuelos. Banuelos throws first, landing an inside leg kick. Short exchange sees Jorgensen get clipped. Jorgensen lands an overhand right. Banuelos with a spinning back kick. Banuelos throws a big right and head kick both are blocked. Jorgensen responds with a head kick and that's blocked as well.

Round 2: Jorgensen pops a jab. Banuelos catches and kick but can't finish the take down. Jorgensen more active with his jabs. He lands a kick to the body. Banuelos lands jabs and a right. Banuelos looks to have blood on his nose. Jorgensen picking at Banuelos in this round. Jorgensen gets through with a right cross. Banuelos lands a kick to the body. Jorgensen, who is wrestling based, is very confident with his striking. Jorgensen getting through with leg kicks and jabs. Banuelos returns with a jab, but he needs to do ore if he wants to win this round. Jorgensen drops Banuelos with a right. Jorgensen looking to control his back. Jorgensen attacks with right punches. Banuelos stands and Jorgensen holds onto his back, while dropping rights. Jorgensen lands a knee. Banuelos circles away left to end the round.

Round 3: Jorgensen stalks Banuelos with jabs. He stuns Banuelos with a right and Banuelos retaliates. Jorgensen is utilizing the jab very well. Jorgensen with a knee. Banuelos circles right, into a left hook. Jorgensen connects on a left. Jorgensen pops a right hand that drops Banuelos. Jorgensen almost tries for his dangerous guillotine. Banuelos gives up his back. Nice back elbow. Jorgensen climbs for the rear-naked choke with 1:42 left. Banuelos slips out and gets mounted, briefly. Banuelos, whose face is a mess, gives up his back. Jorgensen rolls him over and applies the choke. Banuelo throws back punches and Jorgensen releases the hold.
