Stay connected for news and updates
Goran Reljic is currently in preparations for a fight on the UFC 116 card on July 3 in Las Vegas, his manager Zoran Saric alerted MMAFighting.com Monday.

An opponent for the 26-year-old Croatian is to be determined.

The event will likely be headlined by Brock Lesnar vs. Shane Carwin in a UFC heavyweight title unification bout.

Zoran says Reljic is currently training in Zadar, Croatia for this camp and will make a trip soon to Subotica, Serbia and finally Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas.

Reljic (8-1) is coming off the first loss of his career this past February at UFC 110 in Australia. In the only decision of his career, Reljic lost to The Ultimate Fighter 7 runner-up CB Dollaway. The fight was Reljic's debut at 185 pounds and came after a near two-year absence from the Octagon due to injury. In his UFC debut, Reljic stopped WIlson Gouveia in the second round.
