More: UFC 110 Results | Ryan Bader KOs Keith Jardine

Round 1: Jardine comes out with an immediate straight right that misses. They clinch against the fence, but Bader pulls free. Bader lands a hard fight a minute in. Jardine usually loves leg kicks, but he's hesitant here, probably worried about the takedown. Little matter, as Bader takes him down with ease two minutes in. Bader moves to half-guard and tries to advance to mount, but can't, so instead he audibles to short elbows and strikes. Nothing substantial, but he's scoring points. Jardine looks for a sweep, but Bader's base stops him. Eventually, ref Josh Rosenthal stands them up. Jardine lands a right off the re-start. MMA Fighting scores the round for Bader, 10-9.

Round 2: Jardine dug in his first powerful leg kick, and you could see Bader flinch. Bader shot in for a takedown, but Jardine stuffed him and they clinched against the fence. Jardine landed a knee to the body as they split. Jardine is started to look more comfortable, and stops another takedown. Feeling emboldened, Jardine almost looks like he's motioning Bader in. He lands a right as Bader wades too close, then another. Then he stuffs another takedown. Bader looks visibly tired, too, breathing deeply as the round closes out. He does land one power shot with about 20 seconds left, but it's not enough, as MMA Fighting scores the round for Jardine, 10-9.

Round 3: Bader lands a knee in the clinch but Jardine escapes quickly. Jardine answered with a knee of his own. Bader gets a takedown but Jardine immediately gets to his feet. Bader takes another deep breath as the clock shows three minutes remaining. Jardine lands a hard right, but Bader responds with a one-punch KO off a left hook. The end comes suddenly as Bader remains undefeated.

Winner: Bader by KO
