"The Natural" picked up only the third submission victory of his career on Saturday when he submitted Mark Coleman via rear-naked choke.MMA Fighting spoke to Couture at the UFC 109 post-fight press conference about his impressive performance against Coleman, his place in the 205-pound division and what he needs to do to continue his run as one of the best in the sport.
