Frank Trigg: Matt Serra Feud Is Not Personal

LAS VEGAS -- Frank Trigg and Matt Serra have engaged in a war of words over the past few weeks heading into Saturday night's UFC 109, but Trigg told MMA Fighting at Wednesday's media day that the feud is not personal at all.

Trigg, who lost to Josh Koscheck in his return to the UFC in September, also talked about the evolution of the sport and why he has decided to grow out his hair again. Check out the video interview below.
