LAS VEGAS -- Few expected Mark Coleman to ever main event another UFC pay-per-view, but here is, ready to headline Saturday night's UFC 109 pay-per-view against Randy Couture. The 45-year-old former UFC heavyweight has experienced his fair share of ups and downs in the sport, but he told MMA Fighting that he has been preparing for this moment for years and has all the tools to shock the world.Coleman also discussed how training with Couture's old trainer, Sean Tompkins, helped him prepare for this fight and why he thinks he can compete for another four more years. He might die of old age before the fight ever comes. Not that I want him to die or anything but he's old as the bible in MMA years.
