UFC 108 Weigh-In Results: Paul Daley Comes In Over

Paul DaleyUFC 108 has been referred to as a cursed fight card, and one last problem came up at Friday's weigh-ins, as co-main event fighter Paul Daley came in overweight.

Daley tipped the scale at 172, while his opponent Dustin Hazelett actually came in underweight, tipping the scale at 168. UPDATE: Daley will reportedly not make another attempt to make weight, and Hazelett will agree to fight Daley even though he didn't make the contracted weight.

One other fighter, Duane Ludwig, appeared to have had trouble making weight: He looked like he had just gotten out of the sauna when he walked out to the stage, and he started gulping an energy drink immediately after stepping off the scale, weighing in at the maximum allowable 156.

The weigh-in also included the debut of new Octagon girl Chandella Powell, plus UFC President Dana White having to separate Cole Miller and Dan Lauzon when they wouldn't stop jawing with each other.
