Ray Sefo has competed in over 70 professional kickboxing matches, yet he is now focusing most of his attention on his budding MMA career. The 38-year-old, who recently improved his MMA record to 2-0 with a win over Kevin Jordan at a Strikeforce Challengers show in September, has been spending his time training at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas, and that's where FanHouse recently caught up with him.Sefo talked about focusing the majority of his attention on these days on MMA and fighting Herschel Walker -- even though he has never heard of the former Heisman Trophy winner. Check out the video interview below.

ariel, you got me going there with herschel for a minute. i had to watch and see what that was about. lol. well great interview, you've worked your ass off, have a great thanksgiving.
i talked to karo yesterday, he's signing with strikeforce. let the diaz vs parisyan rematch talk begin.
good to hear karo is going to fight strikeforce ,is that the same athletic comission as ufc uses, i heard he owes $40,000 before he can fight again, is that true ,thanks bro
ya man that's a good question. i don't know. hopefully not. if he can fight in cali and avoid paying that fine would be awesome. the commission showed him no love, treated him like sh*t, and let gsp walk. i feel for karo and hope things work out good for him. he's still young. and btw, it was $32,000. we'll see. i'm all about a rematch with nick diaz. i'm a fan of both, but would like to see diaz avenge some of those loses to riggs, karo. and another fight with gomi would be cool too. strikeforce 2010.
Karo needs to get his life in order before he fights again. From what I've heard he has chemical dependancy issues with illicit drugs and suffers from panic attacks. In fact, the commission tried to work with him and he wouldn't of had his entire purse deducted from his recent event. Making some money and fighting is better than not fighting and still having that fine.
