Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira's Favorite Anderson Silva Highlight

Fight Magazine sat down with Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Anderson Silva and got them to talk about each other, and Nogueira said his favorite Silva highlight came when Silva knocked out Tony Fryklund with an elbow in 2006. Video below.



"The most beautiful thing was an elbow he did in England when he fought in Cage Rage," Nogueira says. "He threw a punch at the guy and elbowed up. That was insane."

That fight took place in London, and it was Silva's last fight before signing with the UFC. It remains the best elbow I've ever seen, and I'm glad to know that Nogueira agrees.
