Ross PearsonUltimate Fighter winner Ross Pearson stepped into the Octagon at UFC 105 for the first time since winning last season's reality show on Saturday in Manchester, England, taking on Aaron Riley.

Pearson beat Riley by second-round TKO after he opened up a nasty cut near Pearson's eye with a flying knee, with the referee stopping the fight at 4:38 of the second round. Pearson completely dominated the fight from start to finish, showing off effective muay Thai and solid striking.

"Aaron was a tough, tough opponent for my first bout," Pearson said afterward. "Everything's come together and tonight came out perfect."

It was a great win for Pearson, one that showed him to be a talented, aggressive fighter who could be a real force in the UFC -- not to mention a marketable star in the United Kingdom -- for years to come.

Pearson improves to 10-3. Riley falls to 28-12-1.
