"King" Muhammed Lawal has never been known to bite his tongue, and when FanHouse caught up with the former All-American wrestler at Oklahoma State University last week in Chicago, he was his usual confident self.Lawal talked about his Strikeforce debut on Dec. 19 in San Jose, Calif., the critics who say he is overhyped, and his love for a good, old fashioned pro wrestling promo. The video interview is below.

I want to see Mousasi vs. King Mo, just so Mousasi can beat his ass. I used to like Mo, but he's too cocky for having no big wins in his career.
he said ufc fans don't know mma and are bandwagon jumpers. and just cause they have a name in the US doesn't mean they're that great.
i look at the future ufc cards and the fanboy critics and have to say, he may be a rookie, but he knows at least what he is talking about. glad he signed with strikeforce. and dana you can eat a d*** and his loyal sheep can eat dana's poo.
Well said there, piprocks....Majority UFC fans are a bunch of bandwagon jumpers who didnt know a thing about MMA until they saw it on Spike TV.
I'm not saying that I disagree with all of the anti-UFC sentiment, but they still have the largest stable of world class MMA fighters. Watching the UFC doesn't make you a bandwagon jumper ... they still have the best cards. Only watching the UFC & TUF, on the otherhand, is bandwagon type thinking.
I was very impressed with Strikeforce on Saturday. If they can sign some free agents like Hendo & Barnett(risky, I know) along with getting the likes of Aoki & Alistair in the ring they'll be able to put on several cards a year that give the UFC a run for their money.
