I watched the fight and all I saw Sheilds do was dry hump his way to victory! Nobody wants to see a guy win like that. He talks about Cung Lee not wanting to fight him but, I don't know what makes him think any of the top guys would be afraid to fight him after that preformance!
Kudos to Fedor! He is a class act. I had never seen him fight before but, he knows how to handel himself in and out of the ring.
You should definitely check out Fedor's previous fights on Youtube when you get the chance.

What a disgusting scene. This guy is the most humble guy since jesus? Come on. He never was in any trouble? haha. Rogers with no ground game swept him. Brock or Carwin would sit on his stomach and pounded him out. Rogers could have thrown more punches but I think he almost gassed in that first round or it sounded like it. Rogers was never a legit opponent for Fedor anyway. But I admit, he was no Man Choi or freakshow either. Roger was a solid test and it looks like he will be the toughest for Fedor in StrikeForce. I do want to see Bobby Lashley vs. Fedor after Lashley has learned some Jujitsu defense.

I tend to agree that Carwin or Lesnar would be too much for Fedor. In any kind of martial art, size matters, that's why weight divisions exist in all of them, and there is too big of a gap at the heavyweight division...280 vs. 225 is a HUGE difference.

And at the end of the first round Rogers landed a couple punches but nothing ever made Fedors head snap back or his arms go limp like the TWO bombs landed by FEDOR ! As for taking Fedor down or holding his groud Well 6'4.5 270lb guys TEND to bully others. Like Pip said get a clue Im SURE ur first look at or into MMA was TUF or Brock comming from WRESTLIN
Brett's manager is a douche ... far be it from him to correct Fedor's assessment that he wasn't hurt in the fight. Also anyone with half a brain knows that there is always something lost in the translation. Fedor has NEVER disrespected any opponent. He was simply stating that he wasn't hurt at any time in the fight, and I believe him. Fedor was unfazed by the blood and the couple hard shots that Rogers landed on the ground.

Again you are giving us Fedor is Jesus treatment. Fedor is a douchebag who doesn't respect anyone. He said the same thing about Arlovski too. Fedor never comes out to say "that guy sucked" but at the same time, he is like, "yeah I never felt in trouble like my sister put me in way back when" He is being subtle with his approach.
Fedor hates Rocky, he hates Neil Armstrong, and he has the audacity to say it when in the US. Isn't that arrogance? I don't care if he hates them but you don't go to a country and insult their hero (Neil). I don't care how pd off he is that we got to the moon first.

Was Fedor ever noticably hurt from a punch or caught in a submission against Rogers or Arlovski? No.

I guess Bretts management never saw the Randleman fight, where he suplexed Fedor right on his head and Fedor didnt blink! he came back and submitted him with a Kimura .Fedor is the man ,Rodgers should of been a little more respectful.
zomg shields sucks horribly imo...he needs to do abudabi tournys not mma fights. he looked worse than Thales "Canvas Back" Leites did against Silva. he didnt try to finish miller, just wanted to get millers legs between his and hump 'em. I say Jacare and Miller fight again btw...be a reeaally good match for hardcore mma fans. and im not the ERIC thats already posted on here lol

yeah, shields needs to fight gsp. he's already said he wants to fight for ufc. that'd be... uhhhh, cool- i guess. i always liked jake shields, cause he always got the subs, even if they're always the rear naked choke. but if he can't sub people at that level, then i'm not gonna want to watch his fights. the lay n prayers are the worst thing happening in the sport. as long as they keep winning, it's no good.

didnt hear rogers post fight comments, but clearly fedor dominated him in round 1 and ko's him rd 2. my only disappointment in fedor was that he didnt submit rogers rd 1 like i predicted; although had rd 1 gone another minute or two i believe he would have.

This is why most of us Fedor fans are his fans. You dont just become a respected champion by beating people, you become a true champion by showing respect for others. Fedor never talks trash about who he is fighting or who he has fought even if he destroyed them. He always shows them respect, that alone is the main reason I am a Fedor fan. The world could use more people that follow his example and show each other respect and talk less trash to one another, he is a great fighter and a great role model to show kids and everyone how a true champion handles himself.
