Miesha Tate Talks Gina Carano, Training at AKA and Her Next Fight

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Strikeforce women's fighter Miesha Tate came to San Jose this week for business and pleasure. She is planning on watching the Gina Carano vs. Cris Cyborg fight live, but has also spent the week at the American Kickboxing Academy to improve her own MMA game.

FanHouse spoke to Tate about Saturday's 145-pound women's title fight and her upcoming bout on October 3. Check out the full video interview below.
