Cristiane Santos on Gina Carano: 'Beauty Doesn't Win a Fight'

Cristiane Santos, aka Cris Cyborg, will take on Gina Carano on August 15 in what Strikeforce is promoting as the biggest fight in the history of women's mixed martial arts. One of the big reasons that Cyborg vs. Carano is such a big fight, of course, is that Carano has become a star and a sex symbol beyond just the world of MMA. But Cyborg has a message for Carano on that count.
"Beauty doesn't win a fight," Santos said in the above video. "What wins a fight is training hard, working hard, and that's what I do: Train hard every time. Being pretty or not is not the point. The point is she's the No. 1 fighter, and that's what I'm going for."
Santos also suggested that her fight with Carano will likely end -- one way or the other -- in a knockout.
"This is a fight that a lot of people have been waiting for, two strikers fighting against each other," Santos said. "Hold onto your chair, because one is going to fall down."

Thats not a fair fight! Cris Cyborg is really a man...just look at him! Or she took steroids!
Beauty doesn't win a fight, you right and if Gina is in the gym she is training to win this fight.
Gina wins the beauty contest hands down, the sexiest fighter contest, the nicest ass contest and who wants to win a date with me contest!

Cyborg is a fitting name...
Womens MMA is of course not about looks but if it were Cyborg would instantly shatter anyone who stepped in the ring with her just by looking into that beast of a face, i would run away and i'm 6'5.
....i kinda wanna poke at her face with a stick to see if it's real...
