Royce Gracie Picks Fedor Emelianenko Over Brock Lesnar

Royce Gracie, the winner of the first Ultimate Fighting Championship, made an appearance in to Dubai over the weekend and spoke about his experiences in Braziliani jiu jitsu and MMA, why he declined an invitation to attend UFC 100, and who he thinks would win a fight between Affliction star Fedor Emelianenko and UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar.
"Fedor," Gracie said. "I hope Fedor, but there's only one way to find out, any given day. ... Fedor (is) a more all-around guy. He's got good stand-up, heavy hands, good takedowns, good finishes. ... Fedor right now is the No. 1 guy."
Gracie also said he thinks Kazushi Sakuraba was a better fighter than Matt Hughes, that his schedule wouldn't permit him to make it to UFC 100 on July 11, and that he doesn't "have the bug" to fight anymore, but if someone offered him a huge amount of money to fight, he could find the bug. The interview, conducted by Emirates Jiu Jitsu, has some issues with sound quality, but the whole thing is worth watching. The video above is Part 3, and Parts 1 and 2 are below.

i bet gracie also thought he'd beat matt hughes as well
I think the only people who would pick Lesnar to beat Fedor are UFC employees. And I say that as a huge Lesnar fan.
I have to go Lesnar. Too Big Too Strong. Also I dont think you should say someone is a better fighter than the guy that broke your face, Matt Hughes crushed you and youre just bitter.
In his prime, Sakuraba beat up much of the Gracie clan, including Royce, so I'm not sure of the logic in claiming that he picked Sakuraba over Hughes out of bitterness.
After watching much of Sakuraba vs. the Gracie clan I stand by what I said. Sakuraba couldnt beat any of the gracies in under 5min let alone cause the damage Hughes did. When you get beat so bad that your family is crying in the locker room...
