Bobby Lashley, the former WWE pro wrestling star, won his first professional mixed martial arts fight on Saturday night. He needed just 41 seconds to score a TKO win over a guy named Joshua Franklin, who was also making his pro MMA debut and was chosen just to give Lashley an easy first opponent.
Lashley is under contract to the American Fight League, but last night he was fighting for an organization called the Mixed Fighting Alliance. The show took place at American Airlines Arena in Miami.

In the Mixed Fighting Alliance's main event, Jeff Monson defeated Ricco Rodriguez by decision.
