Daley stepped off the scales at 174 pounds for a bout that had been scheduled to be contested at 170 pounds. He would've been allowed to come in at 171 pounds due to a one-pound allowance for non-title bouts.
The fight will go on but Daley will forfeit 25% of his fight purse.
