Southworth (9-5) and Sobral (30-7) were supposed to meet in September at "Strikeforce at the Mansion" but both suffered knee injuries.
Also, Joe Riggs (28-11) will fight Luke Stewart (6-1) in a welterweight contest, and Josh "The Punk" Thomson (16-2) will make his first defense of his lightweight belt.
Tickets go on sale Monday, October 13 at 10am PT.
